JKT Architecture were appointed to present a scheme to the Local Planning Authority which would see an existing unused site developed for the use of 4 new light industrial units.
The project presented some challenges through the planning application process due the sites countryside location, however JKT Architecture successfully negotiated the application to approval, which will see the site begin development in the coming year.
